Returns & Refunds
At Perlino, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every extension we create. We proudly accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase, free of charge.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unaltered, with all tags intact, and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
60-Day Return Policy
Perlino accepts returns within 60 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, unaltered, with all tags intact, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please submit a Return & Exchange Request. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale:
- Unbundled or used extensions
- Washed, cut, colored, toned, lightened, or chemically altered extensions
- Custom or special-order products
- Sale items
- Education items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you would like to request an exchange, please indicate the item(s) you are returning and the item(s) you wish to receive on the Return & Exchange Request form.
Any difference in price will be invoiced via email. The exchange will be processed once payment has been received.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may return their order within 14 days of delivery, without justification.
Returned items must remain unused, unaltered, with tags intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the credit.
