• Yes, if we can’t finalize your color or method, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Can I change my desired method, color, or length after paying the deposit?

• Yes. You can adjust your specifications before paying the remaining balance. However, once production begins, all details are finalized to maintain precision and quality.

How do I choose the right color?

• We recommend sending photos taken in natural daylight, showing your roots, mid-lengths, and ends. If you’d like, you can block your face but please refrain from using any touch-ups or filters. Priscilla personally reviews each submission to hand-select the most natural match for your one-of-a-kind extensions. 

Who will I communicate with during the process?
